Fresh fruit, soy yogurt and homemade granola. Healthy, under 300 calories and tastes like a fruit cobbler! This morning I enjoyed a pink lady apple topped with cherry soy yogurt and homemade cherry pistachio granola. The perfect way to start the day.
Granola is such a satisfying food but be aware that granola can be loaded in calories, typically about 200 calories in 1/2 cup. To keep this breakfast under 300 calories, I cut up one piece of fruit (about 1 cup), use only half a container of soy yogurt and 1/3 cup of granola.
