A healthy alternative to traditional Thanksgiving stuffing and completely humane. I made the famous no-knead bread with vegetable broth in place of water and kneaded in 2 cups worth of minced, onion, celery, carrot, fresh sage, thyme, rosemary, parsley, coarse black pepper and salt. The result is a scrumptious "stuffing bread" with all the flavor, herbs and spices baked right in.
