These unique cakes were inspired from a favorite recipe of mine for African Sweet Potato Peanut Butter Stew.  The cakes are made up of sweet potato, garbanzo beans, green onion, fresh ginger, cinnamon, cumin, clove and fresh cilantro.  I served them on top of steamed spinach, with a delicious sauce on the side.  The sauce is comprised of tomatoes, peanut butter, onions, garlic, fresh ginger, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, cloves and cayenne pepper.  Very tasty!
